How many pages are included and what counts as a page?
Up to 8 unique layouts — typically the homepage, services or catalogue, a service page, about, case studies, blog, article and contacts. Pages assembled from blocks that are already designed are not counted separately: a typical article or a second service page is built on a ready template.
How is this different from Product Design?
A website is the business card of your company: tell the story, convince, get the enquiry. A digital product is an interface people work in every day: accounts, dashboards, applications. If your site has a login and a complex member area, you most likely need the neighbouring service.
Is a mobile version included?
Yes, every page is designed in desktop and mobile versions — it is part of the design, not an afterthought adaptation. Tablet sizes are usually unnecessary: the developer derives them from these two layouts using the rules in the UI kit.
Do you write the copy?
Working with your copy is included: we structure it, cut it down and set the emphasis. If there is no copy, there is a copywriting add-on — the site then arrives complete in substance, not with placeholder text in the layouts.
What do you need from me to start?
An understanding of what the site should do for the business, an approximate list of pages, and whatever materials exist: copy, photos, logo, examples of sites you like. We draw out the rest at the brief.
Do I need a finished visual identity?
No, but the result is stronger with one. If there is no identity, we lay a clean visual foundation within the project — or start with Moodboard Development or the Brand Identity Pack, so the site becomes part of a system rather than a standalone artefact.
How do you hand the layouts to developers? Can you build the site yourselves?
The Figma file is structured for dev mode: styles, spacing and components read without extra documents, and 14 days of support cover the developers questions. Website development is a separate line of our services: if you like, we take the build and launch ourselves, and the handoff stage simply disappears.
My site will be on WordPress or Shopify — will you respect the platforms limits?
Yes, we establish the platform at the brief and design within its boundaries: standard theme and builder mechanics, the real capabilities of the blocks. That means cheaper development and no “this layout cannot be built” surprises.
How many revisions are included and what if I need more?
Two rounds per stage within 7 days of its delivery. A round is one consolidated list of comments that we work through in full. An extra cycle costs $200 and adds 2 business days.
What about new pages after launch?
The UI kit and templates stay with you, so your designer or developer assembles typical pages on their own. A new unique page can be ordered separately — $150 for a layout in both versions, no repeat brief needed.
