Collab Pro is a modern-edge website created by our skilled team from scratch, encompassing both development and design aspects. The objective was to build a platform dedicated to posting vacancies and facilitating job searches. We work closely with our client to understand his vision and requirements, resulting in a stunning and functional design. We used the latest web development approaches and employed various tools, like Advanced Custom Fields and a library for Google Spreadsheets integration, to provide data flexibility and enhanced functionality.
Design:
Our design process commenced by thoroughly analyzing the client’s needs and conducting extensive research. Our designer created Low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the site’s structure and layout, ensuring alignment with the client’s expectations. For the main page design, we retained the existing color scheme while infusing a fresh look. The color palette comprised red for buttons, and shades of blue and cyan for accent elements, harmonizing with the existing logo and retaining a sense of familiarity for users.
Typography played an important role in enhancing the site’s aesthetics and readability. After consideration, we selected Open Sans as the primary font. Its simplicity and elegance contribute to a pleasant reading experience for users, making the content easily accessible.
Development:
During the development process, our goal was to create a seamless and intuitive UI, with a focus on employing the latest web technologies. We adopted Advanced Custom Fields to enhance data flexibility, enabling easier content management for the client. We used the WP Crontroll to facilitate scheduled tasks and provide smooth performance.
A notable feature of Collab Pro is its integration with Google Spreadsheets using the Google API. This integration empowers the website with real-time data retrieval, enabling up-to-date and accurate information for users. This solution enhances the user experience, making the platform more efficient and convenient.
The consistent user experience across various devices was of utmost importance. To achieve this, we developed the website with a fully responsive layout. This guarantees the optimal display and functionality on any device, whether it’s a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. We also meticulously tested the website on multiple browsers to provide compatibility, allowing users to access Collab Pro seamlessly regardless of their preferred browser.
QA
We verified that data exchange between components occurred seamlessly, and there were no conflicts or compatibility issues.
Any discrepancies found during this stage were addressed promptly to provide smooth functionality.
Our team thoroughly tested each feature, such as job posting, job search, user registration, and profile creation, to ensure they worked as intended.
We tested various scenarios and user inputs to identify potential edge cases and handle them gracefully.

The site was created for posting vacancies and job search. Our task was to make a redesign, keeping the colors and the overall concept.
So, based on all the wishes of the client and research data, low fidelity wireframes were developed. After the design for the main page was created. The colors were taken from the logo and the old design – red for the buttons, blue and cyan for the accent. Since this site has a serious nature, Open Sans was chosen for the text. It, due to its simplicity and elegance, is easy to read and perfectly perceived by users.
After wireframes, the design was created, then mobile adaptive were developed.
The website for remote employee search, developed with the latest web standards that have been developed from scratch using advanced technologies such as ACF Pro, WP Crontroll and a library for retrieving data from Google Sheets through the use of Google API to provide the best user experience. The website was built to be fully responsive and compatible with different web browsers, ensuring that it looks and works great on any device.
The website also features a user-friendly interface and advanced search options, making it easy for clients to find the right remote employee for their project.
