Our team of developers and designers took on the exciting challenge of creating a modern and clear job website specifically tailored for remote nursing positions in the United States. The goal was to provide a paid platform where employers could easily register their remote nursing jobs across different states in America. This platform aimed to connect nurses with the perfect job opportunities that allowed them to work from home and have the flexibility they desired.
Development
To get a seamless user experience and convenience for both the site owner and its clients, we opted to develop the website using the WordPress engine. This choice allowed us to leverage its robust customization capabilities and create an admin panel that would provide the site administrator with full control over the site’s content and the administration of posted jobs. With just a couple of clicks, the admin could easily customize the site’s content and manage the created jobs.
Features for Employer
Employers were provided with a range of helpful features to enhance their job posting experience. We implemented a convenient feature that allowed them to create and pay for a job listing simultaneously. The employers could fill out a questionnaire for their vacancy, choose the appropriate tariff plan, make the payment, and have their job listing registered on the site. The administrator would then validate and confirm the listing.
Engaging User Engagement
To encourage visitor engagement and ensure timely access to job postings, we incorporated sign-up widgets where users could subscribe to receive job notifications. We included a feedback form for users to leave their specific job requests or inquiries.

A key focus of our development process was to deliver a clear interface that allowed visitors to navigate the site effortlessly. We implemented intuitive categories for job posts, enabling clients to filter and find specific types of work they were interested in. The development of this site was more creative, our developers have tried to create a site that was convenient to use for the site owner and his clients. This site was developed under the WordPress engine, with customization and convenience of admin panel for the site administrator, with the ability to customize the site content in two clicks, and administration of created jobs. The users of the site can easily navigate through the site and categories of posts, the client can select the category of work he needs, and it will filter the posts he wants
For employers, there is a great feature that allows them to create a job and immediately pay for it. There is a form with the choice of tariff plan, in which the client fills in the questionnaire of his vacancy and can right here pay, after which the work is registered on the site and waits for confirmation and validation by the administrator
Visitors to the site can sign up to receive job postings in the widgets or leave their requests via the feedback form.
The site works perfectly on all browsers and looks good on different devices, the design was built for ease of use with the platform on any device.
The main page has a convenient search by profession, type of employment, there is also a filter that helps you select vacancies by city, go to individual vacancies and view requirements and expectations. Users don’t even need to create an account, works are updated every day. You can also receive interesting vacancies by mail so as not to view the feed.
