FAQ
How long does brand development take?
A logo takes 5–10 business days, a full Brand Identity Pack — 2–4 weeks, Brand Guidelines — 1–2 weeks. Timelines depend on the number of iterations and complexity.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
Usually 2–3 concepts in the first round, then refinement of the chosen direction. The number of iterations is fixed in the project brief.
What file formats will I receive?
SVG, PNG (transparent background), PDF — for all elements. Additional formats for print or social media are available on request.
How does communication work during the project?
All designs are shared via Figma or Google Drive. Feedback is collected in a structured sheet so nothing gets lost. Regular status calls are included.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on final approval. Milestone-based payments are available for larger projects.
