FAQ
What do you need to start?
Ready layouts in Figma — that is the entry condition of the service. If there is no design yet, start with the “UX/UI Design (Website)” or “Conversion Design” service: we design the store and then implement it on Shopify as one team.
How many page templates are included in the base price?
Up to 8: usually the homepage, collection page, product card, cart, About, contacts, blog, and article page. That is enough for a complete store; additional templates are built as a separate block.
Will it be a custom theme or a ready-made one from the theme store?
Custom, built from scratch for your layouts. Ready-made themes carry someone else’s code and limitations that force the design to be adjusted. A custom theme reproduces your design exactly and contains nothing extra — which is why it is faster.
Will we be able to change content ourselves without a developer?
Yes, it is built into the architecture: every block is a Shopify editor section with settings. Texts, images, banners, section order, products, and prices are managed through the admin panel.
What about loading speed?
We optimize from the start: clean code, compressed images, a minimum of third-party scripts. Before delivery we run the store through PageSpeed and fix the bottlenecks.
We already have a store on another platform. Do you migrate it?
Yes: we implement the theme from your layouts, and product migration is done as an add-on catalog-filling service. For large catalogs and complex migrations with SEO preservation we prepare an individual estimate.
Do we need paid Shopify apps?
For a basic store — no: most functions are covered by the theme itself. If a task requires an app (reviews, upsells, newsletters), we recommend proven options and connect them as an add-on service.
What is included in the basic SEO setup?
Correct heading structure, meta tags, alt texts, semantic product markup, and loading speed. This is the technical foundation; promotion and content strategy are separate work.
Who pays for the Shopify subscription?
The Shopify subscription is yours, registered to your account. The custom theme remains your property with no license fees: you are not tied to us or to third-party theme developers.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. We check the build against the layouts stage by stage — you see the progress on a demo store and comment until the final handover.
