FAQ
Do I actually need a rebrand?
Far from always. Most often the problem is not the logo but the fact that materials were made by different people with no rules — in that case an identity pack and brand guidelines are enough. A rebrand is needed when the business itself has changed: a different audience, a different price segment, new directions, a merger. Or when the brand has fallen so far behind the market visually that it hurts sales.
What exactly changes?
The logo, palette, typography, graphic system and all collateral, plus brand guidelines with the rules. We refine the positioning but do not invent it from scratch — it has to match what the company actually is after the change.
Will we lose our recognition?
That is the main risk of any rebrand, which is why the audit comes first. We look at what people actually recognise you by — often it is a colour or the shape of the mark, not the logo itself — and carry those into the new system where possible. If the goal is precisely to break away from the old perception, we treat that as a deliberate, explicit decision.
Why is this better value than ordering the logo, identity and guidelines separately?
Bought separately, those three services cost $1650 and take up to a month and a half with gaps. As a package — $1200 and 15–20 days: we immerse in your business once, and each stage builds on the previous one without renegotiating the inputs.
What do you need from me to start?
An understanding of why the change is needed, and access to the current materials: logo, advertising samples, website, product. Plus an hour of the owners time for the brief. If you have data on how customers perceive the brand, send it — it sharpens the audit.
Does this include a name change?
No, naming is separate work with its own logic and legal checks. If the name is changing too, take it as an add-on: the logo is then built around the new word from the start, and nothing has to be redone.
How long will the transition to the new brand take?
Our part is 15–20 days. The transition itself depends on you: the website and social media change in a week, signage, packaging and documents take months. That is why the transition plan sets an order of priority: what delivers the biggest effect immediately, and what can be replaced as the old materials wear out.
Does this include a website redesign?
No, that is a separate service. But you can add the identity adaptation for your website and product — your developer then gets ready components instead of guessing how to apply the new brand digitally.
How many revisions are included and what if I need more?
Two rounds per stage within 7 days of its delivery. A round is one consolidated list of comments that we work through in full. An extra cycle costs $250 and adds 3 business days.
What if the audit shows a rebrand is not needed?
We will say so directly and suggest a cheaper path — usually tidying up the identity without touching the logo. We could sell you $1200 of work instead of $600 exactly once; a reputation costs more.
