FAQ
What will I get as a result of the audit?
A structured report: a list of the issues found with an explanation of why each one hurts, prioritization by severity, and specific recommendations on how to fix them. Plus an online call where we present the results and answer your team’s questions.
How many pages or screens are included in the base price?
Up to 10 key pages or screens — enough to cover the main scenarios of most websites and apps: home, catalog or feed, product card, cart, forms, account. If your product is bigger, we audit additional pages as a separate block.
How is the audit different from the "Redesign (UX-first)" service?
The audit is a diagnosis: we find the issues and tell you how to fix them, and your team implements. Redesign is a turnkey solution: the same analysis plus new layouts from our team. If you order a redesign after the audit, we credit the audit cost toward the redesign price.
Do you need access to our analytics?
Preferably: data from Google Analytics, Plausible, or other systems makes the conclusions more accurate — we see the real points where users drop off. If there is no analytics, we will run the audit based on expert evaluation, and can set up event tracking as an add-on service.
Is the audit suitable for mobile apps?
Yes. The methodology is the same for websites, web apps, and mobile apps — only the criteria change: for apps we separately check gestures, navigation, onboarding, and compliance with iOS or Android guidelines.
Who will conduct the audit?
A UX designer with hands-on interface design experience — the same level of specialists who build complete products at our studio. We do not delegate audits to juniors: the value of the service is in the quality of the expertise.
Will the report contain only criticism?
No. We also document the strengths of the interface — so that during improvements your team does not accidentally break what works well. But the report’s focus is on the issues and how to fix them, because that is what you come for.
Can you fix the issues you find yourselves?
Yes, in two ways: selectively — a redesign of individual screens as an add-on service, or comprehensively — the “Redesign (UX-first)” service, where based on the analysis we redesign the entire interface.
How soon can you start?
We usually take a project on within 2–3 business days after agreement. From you we need: access to the product (a link or a test account), access to analytics if available, and a short brief on your business goals — what “the user reached the result” means for you.
What format will the report be in?
A document with screenshots of the problem areas, explanations, and recommendations — easy to hand over to your team. Issues are marked by priority, so the report can be used as a task backlog for a designer or developer.
