It is a 30-day plan that renews whenever you want it to. No automatic charges and no long contracts: when the month ends, you decide whether to continue. Most clients stay because after the first month they see how many small things we take off their plate.

Small tasks that need no design or programming: swapping text or images, adding a page from an existing template, fixing the menu, configuring a plugin, updating contact details. If a task is bigger than an hour, we say so in advance and estimate it separately.

Monitoring records the outage right away, and we pick it up within the working day. If your business cannot wait until Monday, there is an add-on for weekend response.

Yes. The first month is exactly the test of whether the format suits you. We set up backups and monitoring, run the first update, and you see how it works.

We take a backup before every update and check key pages and forms after. If something conflicts, we restore the previous state within minutes and look into the cause separately. Your visitors will not notice.

The plan’s scanning catches malicious code at an early stage, and in most cases we remove it as part of the service. A full recovery after a serious hack, with database cleanup and access changes, is a separate service.

Yes, each site is a separate plan. If you have three or more sites, write to us and we agree the terms upfront.

Hosting backups are usually kept for a few days and sit on the same server as the site. If the server has a problem, you lose both the site and the copy. We keep copies separately for 30 days. And backups are only one of the eight items in the plan.

A list of updates with versions, scan results, the site’s uptime for the month, edit time used, and recommendations if anything needs attention. One page, no fluff.
