FAQ
How is this different from the “API Integration” service?
API Integration is one link in one direction: for example, a lead from the site lands in the CRM. A complex integration is several systems, two-way exchange, queues and failure handling: the site, CRM, warehouse and payments work as one process. If you have a single simple link, go with API Integration — it is cheaper.
What can be done in 40 hours?
Typical tasks: syncing orders and stock between a store, CRM and warehouse; exchanging customers and deals between a CRM and accounting; sending data from forms and chats into several systems at once with deduplication; an automatic chain of actions after payment. Up to three systems in one package.
How long does the work take?
20 days. The first week is the process breakdown, access and the exchange map, which you approve. Then two weeks of development and testing on real data, and the final days are launch and handover. If you need it faster, we take your project as priority and finish within 10 days.
What if the hours run out?
We see it at the mapping stage and say so right away, not on the last day. Then there are two options: narrow the scope to what fits, or buy extra hours in blocks of 10 or 20. The decision is yours.
What if a system has no API?
First we look for workarounds: scheduled file exports, email notifications, webhooks, direct database access. If none of them works, we tell you in the first week before development starts. Modifying third-party systems is not part of the package.
Where does the integration run — on our server?
Yes, on your server, hosting or cloud under your account. That means the data does not pass through us, and after delivery you fully control what goes where. If you have no server, we suggest an inexpensive option.
What happens if one of the systems goes down?
No data is lost: the exchange goes into a queue and retries once the system is back. You get a failure alert, and the logs show exactly what did not go through and when. That is the main difference between a complex integration and a simple script.
Which systems do you work with?
Any that have an API: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, Zoho, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Google Sheets, email and warehouse services and similar. If a system is not on this list, it means nothing — write to us and we will look at its documentation.
What do I get at the end?
A working integration on your server, the data exchange map, the source code, logs and failure alerts, a guide for your team and a report on hours spent. Extended technical documentation can be ordered separately.
What access do you need?
Access to each system with API rights, access to the server or hosting where the integration will live, and a contact person who knows your processes and can answer questions. Everything is agreed upfront.
