The scope is identical; the price and timeline are not. Ordered separately, the prototype, technical specification and architecture cost from $1,800 and take up to a month with gaps between stages. As a package we get up to speed once and move without breaks, so it works out cheaper and faster.

A clickable Figma prototype, a technical specification in Google Docs and PDF, an architecture plan with diagrams, and a document covering budget estimates, timelines and a staged launch plan. All materials become yours.

Yes — each component is available as a standalone service: Prototyping, Technical Specification, Architecture Planning. The package makes sense when you need all three; if you already have a prototype or clear requirements, it’s cheaper to order only what’s missing.

A budget estimate is part of the package — you get a cost and timeline range broken down by stage, based on the actual scope of work. With these materials, contractors give comparable proposals you can weigh against each other.

An understanding of the business problem and the availability to join two 90-minute workshop sessions. We’ll draw out the rest as we go. Existing materials — analytics, process documentation, earlier work — will speed things up.

The workshops need the people who make product decisions: the owner, the department head, and your future product manager if you have one. The fewer intermediaries between us and the decision, the more accurate the result.

Yes, all materials are yours with no restrictions. The package is deliberately prepared so that any team can work from it — that’s one of the main reasons to plan independently of your developer.

Yes. In that case we start by examining the existing system: what works, what’s holding back growth, what technical constraints exist. You end up with a development roadmap rather than a description of a product built from scratch.

Two rounds per document within 14 days of delivery. A round is one consolidated list of comments that we work through in full. An extra cycle costs $200 and adds 2 business days.

That’s a result too, and it pays for the package many times over. Far better to learn about technical or economic constraints for $1,500 at the planning stage than for $30,000 during development. In that case we’ll be straight with you about what doesn’t add up and, where possible, propose an alternative approach.
