FAQ
Which plugins do you install?
Anything from the WordPress directory and the popular commercial ones: forms, SEO, caching, security, booking, multilingual, galleries, LMS, WooCommerce extensions. If you do not know which one you need, describe the task — the selection is part of the service.
What is included in the base price?
One plugin: selection, compatibility check, backup, installation, configuration for your process, adapting the look to your site design, testing, and a guide. If you need several plugins, we will scope them separately for your list.
Why not install the plugin ourselves?
Installing is easy — the problems start afterwards: conflicts with the theme, a drop in speed, default settings that do not work the way you need. We cover exactly that part, so the plugin solves your task instead of creating new ones.
What if the plugin conflicts with our site?
We will see that on the test copy before it ever reaches production. In that case we find an alternative within the same price — you will not pay extra for an unsuccessful attempt.
How much do the plugins themselves cost?
Free versions are enough for most tasks. Paid ones cost $30–100 per year; the license is registered to your account and stays yours. We will advise whether the paid version is justified in your case.
Will the plugin slow down our site?
Any plugin adds some load — the question is how much. We measure speed before and after, limit unnecessary scripts on pages where the plugin is not used, and show you the result in numbers.
What about plugin updates afterwards?
They need to be done regularly — it is a security matter. Automatic updates with backups are available as an add-on service, or your team handles them manually following the guide.
The plugin cannot do what we need. What are the options?
Two paths. The first is to add the function on top of the plugin through its hooks and filters: the plugin itself stays untouched and keeps updating. That is an add-on service capped at 7.5 hours of development; if the task is bigger, we estimate it separately after analysis. The second is a custom plugin built from scratch through the “WordPress Plugin Development” service. We will tell you honestly which option works out better for you.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the WordPress admin panel and hosting, plus a description of the task in your own words. If the plugin is paid — a license key or your approval to purchase it.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. We show the configuration before the final handover, so the revisions are usually minor.
