Which channels and providers do you connect?
Email (SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, and similar), SMS (Twilio, TurboSMS, and similar), web push (OneSignal and similar). The base price includes two channels of your choice — we recommend the configuration based on your scenarios and sending budget.
What is included in the base price?
Two channels, up to 8 trigger notifications, branded templates, domain setup for email deliverability, unsubscribe management, full testing, and documentation. A third channel and extra scenarios are separate blocks.
What are trigger notifications and what are the typical scenarios?
Automatic messages based on events: order confirmation, payment received, status changed, abandoned cart, appointment reminder, password reset. We build the scenario list around your business at the start.
Our emails end up in spam. Will you fix it?
Yes, that is the most common reason people come to us: we set up domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), move sending to a specialized provider, and verify delivery to the major mailbox services.
How much does sending notifications cost?
Provider rates: email — from free tiers to a few dollars per thousands of emails, SMS — at carrier rates (usually a few cents per message), web push — free or nearly free. Subscriptions are registered to your accounts.
What is web push and do we need a mobile app?
These are browser notifications that work without an app: the user consents once and receives messages even with the site closed. The cheapest channel for bringing users back.
Can we get notifications in Telegram or Viber?
Yes, as an add-on service — both for clients and for your team: for example, new order notifications straight into the work chat.
Is this the same as marketing newsletters?
No, we set up transactional notifications — automatic messages based on user actions. But the infrastructure is ready for marketing afterward: the domain is warmed up, templates exist, and the list is collected correctly.
What about legality and GDPR?
Every notification has a basis: transactional ones follow a user’s action, and for the rest we set up consent and a working unsubscribe. That is both a legal requirement and protection of your sender reputation.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. The scenarios are fixed at the start, so the final revisions usually concern texts and details.
