What can be done in 30 hours?
Typical tasks that fit the base package: a chatbot that answers questions from your documents; automatic processing of incoming requests or emails sorted by category; generating product descriptions or texts from a template; extracting data from documents into a table. One task — one package.
How long does the work take?
14 days. The first 2-3 days are the task breakdown and model selection, a prototype on real data by the end of week one, and week two is integration, testing and handover. If you need it faster, we take your project as priority and finish within 7 days.
What if the hours run out?
We see it coming and say so in the weekly report, not on the last day. Then there are two options: narrow the task to what fits, or buy extra hours in blocks of 10 or 20. The decision is yours, no pressure.
Which model do you use?
It depends on the task: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and similar. For document work and complex dialogues — stronger models; for classification and simple texts — cheaper and faster ones. We choose by answer quality on your data and cost per request.
How much will the API cost per month?
For most small businesses — $10 to $100 a month depending on volume. The exact forecast is calculated at the prototype stage, once the real number of requests and response length are visible. Payment goes directly to the model provider from your account.
Will my data end up in model training?
No, as long as you work through the API with data usage for training switched off — that is the standard setting with the major providers. We configure it exactly that way and show you where it is enabled. For sensitive data, a model in your own cloud is an option.
Can you build a chatbot based on our documents?
Yes, that is the most common task. You upload instructions, price lists, policies — the bot answers customers or staff based on them and does not make up what is not in the documents. We connect it to a website, Telegram or an internal portal.
Can it be integrated with our CRM?
Yes, if the CRM has an API — which applies to all popular systems. For example, the bot qualifies a lead and creates a CRM card with the fields filled in. One integration is included in the base; others are billed by the hour.
What do I get at the end?
A working solution on your account, the source code and prompts, a guide for your team, and a report on hours spent with a monthly API cost forecast. Everything is yours; you can continue development with us or with anyone else.
What access do you need?
Samples of real data or documents for the task, access to the service we integrate with (website, CRM, messenger), and an account with the model provider — or we help you create one in your name. Everything is agreed upfront.
