How is this different from Shopify or WordPress template setup?
There we install the theme and make the store look good. Here we set up commerce itself: catalog structure, product variants, shipping methods, checkout, order statuses. The services complement each other: design separately, commerce mechanics separately.
Which platform do you work with?
Shopify and WooCommerce — we handle both equally well. Shopify is simpler to maintain and more reliable with payments, WooCommerce is more flexible and has no monthly subscription. If you do not have a store yet, we will recommend a platform based on your range and budget.
How many products are included in the base price?
Up to 30 items with descriptions, photos, prices, variants, and stock levels. That is enough to start selling and to show your team how to add the rest. Large catalogs are added in blocks or through an automatic import.
Our catalog is in Excel or an inventory system. Can it be imported?
Yes, as an add-on service: we set up an import from a file or a sync with your inventory system so stock levels and prices update automatically. Before the import we bring the data into the platform’s format.
Is payment included or is it a separate service?
The base price includes connecting what your platform supports natively: Shopify’s built-in payment methods or official WooCommerce modules that install and configure without code. That is enough for most stores. Everything else — a provider with no ready module, several payment systems at once, custom webhooks, or non-standard charge logic — falls under the “Payment Integration” service.
Will you set up products with sizes and colors?
Yes, that is a core part of the work: variants with their own prices, SKUs, and stock levels, so the customer picks size and color on the product page while the system tracks each item separately.
What about shipping rates and courier services?
The base includes shipping methods from the platform’s native set: flat rate, free above a threshold, local pickup. Automatic calculation by weight or dimensions, courier service integrations, waybill creation, and tracking are add-on services.
Will customers receive order notifications?
Yes: order confirmation, shipping notice, status changes. Email templates are designed in your brand. If you need SMS or push, that is the “Push / SMS / Email Notifications” service.
What do you need from us to start?
A product list with prices, photos, and descriptions (at least for the first 30 items), your shipping and payment terms, and access to the site or approval to set up the store from scratch.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. The catalog structure and order logic are agreed before we add products, so the final revisions are usually minor.
