FAQ
Which platform do you build the LMS on?
Usually WordPress with LearnDash, Tutor LMS, LifterLMS, and similar — that gives you full control over your data with no percentage taken from sales. If you prefer hosted services like Teachable or Thinkific, we will set those up too, but we compare the costs upfront: hosted services are more convenient, yet they take a commission on every sale.
What is included in the base price?
LMS installation and configuration, one course as a working template with module structure, quizzes, automatic certificates, roles and student registration, payment connection, progress reports, and team training. Filling in content is a separate block.
How many courses can we create?
As many as you want. We build the first course as a sample and show your team how to make the next ones — the platform does not limit their number, only your content does.
Will you fill the courses with our materials?
That is an add-on service: we upload your videos, texts, and files, break them into lessons, and format them. The base price includes only one demo course so your team can see the process.
How will students pay for access?
One-time payment per course is included in the base: we connect a payment system, and access opens automatically after payment. If you need a subscription with recurring billing for the whole catalog, that is the “Subscription Model Setup” service.
Can we issue certificates?
Yes, automatically after course completion and passing the final quiz. The certificate template is designed in your brand, with the student’s name, date, and a unique number.
Will we see how students progress through the training?
Yes: the reports show each student’s progress, quiz results, and the points where most people stop. Those are usually exactly the spots that need reworking first.
How much does an LMS license cost?
It depends on the solution: paid WordPress plugins run about $200–300 per year, hosted services charge a monthly subscription plus a sales commission. The license is registered to your account; we will recommend an option based on your sales volume.
What do you need from us to start?
A description of your training structure: how many courses, how lessons are built, whether there are quizzes, how access opens. Plus access to the site or approval to set up the platform from scratch. Course materials are not needed at the start.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. The training logic is fixed before the start, so the final revisions usually concern configuration details.
