How does a ready-made solution differ from building a bot from scratch?
A catalog, a cart, requests and an admin panel are needed by every sales bot and work the same way everywhere. We take our own core, already running on other projects, and adapt it to your products and scenario. Building the same thing from scratch costs roughly three times more and takes about three times longer. The ready-made solution costs $1300 and launches in 10 days.
Why a bot if I already have a website?
The bot lives where your customer already is, with no jump to a website, no sign-up and no card details typed into a browser. A request takes a few taps, and you build a subscriber base you can message directly. Most often the bot works alongside the website rather than replacing it.
What is the bot built on?
Python with aiogram or Node.js with grammY, backed by Postgres. The stack is common and open, so finding a developer for further work is never a problem.
How does the customer pay for an order?
In the base version the bot collects a request: the customer fills a cart, leaves contacts and a preferred way to be reached, and your manager confirms the order and takes payment the way you already work. Card payments right inside the chat through Telegram Payments are a $450 add-on.
How many products can I add?
There are no technical limits. The catalog structure with categories and subcategories is built for hundreds of items. Filling is not part of the base price: we set up the first 30 products from your material for $250, or configure a sync with your website catalog for $600.
Where does the bot live and what does hosting cost?
On your own server or cloud account: VPS, Railway, Fly.io and similar. At the start that is usually $5-15 per month. The account and the billing stay on your side — we only deploy and configure.
Can the bot answer customer questions?
In the base version the bot follows a scenario: menus, buttons, prepared answers and handing complex questions to a manager. Free-form conversation powered by AI with answers drawn from your knowledge base is a $700 add-on.
How do I see the requests?
Every request arrives as a message in your chat or manager group, and the full list with statuses, totals and contacts lives in the admin panel. You change the status from there and the customer gets a notification in the bot.
Will I be able to add products myself?
Yes. Products, categories, prices, availability, bot copy and request statuses are managed through the admin panel with no code. After handover you receive the credentials, the code repository and a step-by-step guide covering all the main actions.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo and brand colors if you have them, the product list with photos and prices, the category structure, server access and a bot created in BotFather. The rest — the dialogue scenario and message copy — we put together with you at the start.
