FAQ
Which services do you integrate with?
Any service with a public API: warehouse and inventory systems, ERP, delivery services, marketplaces, booking systems, analytics, messengers, document services. CRM, payment systems, and notifications are separate services — they involve configuration beyond just the API.
What is included in the base price?
One integration with one service covering up to 5 endpoints: documentation analysis, field mapping, exchange development, error handling with retries, logging, testing on real data, and documentation.
What does "5 endpoints" mean in plain terms?
An endpoint is a single API address the integration works with: for example, the product list, stock update, order creation, order status, cancellation. Five such addresses cover most tasks; if your scenario needs more, we will scope it as an additional block.
Our service has no API documentation. What then?
We start with a technical analysis: whether an API exists at all, how accessible and stable it is. Based on the findings we give an estimate — sometimes it turns out that a file-based exchange or an intermediate automation service is the better option.
What happens if the third-party service goes down?
The integration does not break: requests queue up and retry on a schedule, and you get a notification about the problem. Once the service is back, the accumulated data goes through automatically.
Can the exchange work in both directions?
Yes, two-way synchronization is an add-on service: data updates both on your side and in the service, with rules for whose version wins in a conflict. The base scope covers a one-way exchange in the direction you need.
How often will the data update?
It depends on the service: if it supports webhooks, data arrives instantly on each event. If not, we set up a scheduled exchange with an interval matched to your task and the API limits.
Which platforms do you build integrations on?
WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, custom sites and web apps. For WordPress we usually package the integration as a separate plugin — so theme or site updates do not affect it.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the service API (keys or a test account), a link to the documentation, and a description of which data should flow in which direction. The rest — mapping, logic, error handling — we design ourselves.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. The exchange logic is fixed before development starts, so the final revisions usually concern details rather than architecture.
