What is vibe code and why does it need checking?
It is code generated with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit and similar tools. It often works in a demo, but inside there are hardcoded keys, no data validation, duplicates and files that do nothing. Before real users arrive, all of that has to be found and removed.
How long does the work take?
4 days. Day one is the launch and manual testing, two days for the security check, cleanup and fixes, and the last day is a control run and the report. The base price covers a project of up to 10 screens or pages. If you need it faster, we take your project as priority and finish within 2 days.
What if there are more than ten bugs?
Every bug we find goes into the report with a priority: critical, important, cosmetic. The first ten are fixed within the base, starting with the critical ones. The rest can be fixed as an add-on or handed to your own developer — the list will be clear.
Will you rewrite the project from scratch?
No, this service is about putting in order what already exists. If during the review it becomes clear the architecture will not survive growth, we say so plainly and estimate a rewrite separately. But in most cases vibe code can be brought to a working state without rewriting.
My project was built in Lovable, Bolt or Replit — can you work with it?
Yes. These tools generate ordinary code on React, Next.js, Node, Python and other popular stacks. We take the code from the repository or the platform export and work with it like any other project.
What do you find most often in such projects?
API keys right in the code, no server-side data validation, database queries with no access restrictions, dozens of unused dependencies and functions that duplicate each other. From the outside everything works until the first real user or the first bot shows up.
Can the project be launched for customers after the review?
Yes, if the report has no critical items left unfixed. We separately mark what blocks the launch and what can be finished later. The launch decision is yours, but with the full picture.
Can I keep generating code with AI after the cleanup?
Yes, and that is a normal way to work. After the cleanup you get short rules for the project: where the keys live, how to validate data, what not to do. Add them to the AI’s context and the next code will be cleaner.
What will be in the report?
Three lists: what was found, what was fixed, what needs attention. For each item — where exactly in the code, why it is a problem and what to do about it. The report is written so that both the project owner and a developer can understand it.
What access do you need?
Access to the code repository or an export from the platform, access to the services the project uses (database, hosting, APIs), and a test user account. Everything is agreed upfront.
