FAQ
What do I get in the end?
A report in four parts — interface, speed, security, SEO. Each has a list of issues with an explanation of where exactly and why it matters, marked by severity. At the end, a fix plan in priority order with work estimates.
How long does the audit take?
4 days. Day one is measurements and automated checks, two days for the manual walkthrough and analysis, and the last day is the report. The base price covers a site of up to 10 key pages. If you need it faster, we take your project as priority and finish within 2 days.
How is this different from free online checkers?
Tools like PageSpeed show symptoms but do not say what to do about them on your specific site. We explain the cause of every item, filter out what is not worth attention, and add what no tool can see: flow logic, forms, how clear the interface is.
Will you fix the issues you find?
The audit is a diagnosis; fixes are not included. But the fix plan is built so you can order the work straight from it — from us or any other contractor. A large share of the items is covered by our separate speed, security and update services.
Can the audit break anything on the site?
No. We change nothing: we only read the code, look at the settings and go through the pages as a user. No edits to files or the database during the audit.
My site is not on WordPress — does this apply?
Yes. Interface, speed and SEO are checked the same way on any platform. Some security checks depend on the technology, so for custom-built projects and website builders the depth of the security section will differ — we tell you that upfront.
How is a full audit different from a UX audit?
A UX audit is a deep dive into the interface and user behaviour only. A full audit covers four areas at once, each at a depth sufficient to find the main problems. If the full audit shows the real trouble is in the interface, a UX audit is the next step.
How many issues do you usually find?
On a typical site that nobody has checked for a year or two — 20 to 40 items. Usually 3 to 5 of them are critical: those affect leads and security the most. The rest is worth fixing gradually.
What do I do after the audit?
Start with the critical items — they are marked separately. Then follow the plan: first what affects sales and security, then speed and SEO. A month or two after the fixes you can order a follow-up audit and see the difference in numbers.
What access do you need?
For most checks the site address is enough. Access to the admin panel and Search Console gives a fuller picture on security and indexing — welcome, but not required. Everything is agreed upfront.
