Ready-made bots for sales, notifications and support are our proven solutions with a fixed set of features, cheaper and faster. This package is for non-standard logic: the bot has to calculate, approve, work with several systems or run outside Telegram. If your task fits a ready-made bot, we will say so and offer it.

14 days. The first 2-3 days are process review and a scenario map that you approve. By the end of the first week there is a working version in test mode, the second week is connection to your systems, testing and handover. If you need it faster, we take the project as priority and fit into 7 days.

We see it at the scheme stage and say so right away. Then there are two options: narrow the scope to the main scenario or buy extra hours in blocks of 10 or 20. The decision is yours.

Depends on the task. Builders are faster for linking ready-made services and need no server, but have limits and a monthly fee. Custom code is more flexible and cheaper to run at high volume. We choose for the task and explain why before the work starts.

For a bot on custom code, hosting from $5 per month. For automations on builders, the service plan, usually from $0 to $30 depending on the number of operations. We give the estimate at the scheme stage so there are no surprises after launch.

Yes, collecting public data from websites or catalogs into a spreadsheet is a typical task. We do not bypass bot protection and do not collect personal data without grounds. If the site is closed to scraping, we tell you in the first week.

Yes, it lives on your server or in your automation service account and does not depend on us. Logs and failure alerts show what is going on. We take on further development, but nobody can stop the bot without you.

A working bot or automation on your accounts, the scenario map, source code or an export of the builder scenarios, a guide and a report on hours spent. All of it is yours.

A description of the process or a person who knows it, access to the messenger or automation service in your name, access to the CRM or data source we integrate with. Everything is agreed upfront.
