FAQ
How does a ready-made solution differ from building from scratch?
An FAQ tree, a request form, routing to an operator and replies flowing back into the customer chat are needed by every support bot and work the same way everywhere. We take our own core, already running on other projects, and adapt it to your scenarios. Building the same thing from scratch costs roughly three times more and takes about three times longer. The ready-made solution costs $1100 and launches in 9 days.
Who needs this?
Anyone whose support team is drowning in identical questions and living in an inbox or direct messages. Services, stores, schools, agencies. The bot takes routine requests off their plate and brings the rest into a team chat with a request number, so nothing is lost and nobody answers twice.
How does it work for the customer?
The customer opens the bot and sees a menu of sections. Tapping a question returns a prepared answer. If that is not enough, they tap the request button, pick a category, describe the problem and attach a photo or file if needed. The conversation then continues in the same chat.
How does it work for the operator?
Every request lands in your team chat as a separate message with its number, category and the customer text. The operator replies to that message right in the chat and the customer sees the answer in the bot. The request status is changed with a button under the same message.
How is this different from a help center?
A help center at $1300 is a site with articles that people visit and read. A support bot is a dialogue: it walks the customer to the answer in a few taps and hands them to a human when there is none. They work best together — articles in the help center, fast answers and routing in the bot.
Can the bot answer non-standard questions on its own?
In the base version the bot follows a scenario: menus, buttons, prepared answers and handover of complex cases to an operator. Free-form answers powered by AI and drawn from your knowledge base are a $700 add-on.
What is the bot built on?
Python with aiogram or Node.js with grammY, backed by Postgres. The stack is common and open, with no closed licences and no platform lock-in: the code is fully yours, and we take on further development and new scenarios whenever you need them.
How many questions and answers are included?
Up to 5 sections and 25 questions with prepared answers in the tree. Each additional section of 5 questions is $150. You prepare the answer texts and we build them into a structure that gets the customer to the right item in two or three taps.
Will I be able to change the answers myself?
Yes. Sections, questions, answer texts, request categories and the operator list are managed through the admin panel with no code. After handover you receive the credentials, the repository and a step-by-step guide covering all the main actions.
What do you need from me to start?
The list of questions you are asked most often, the prepared answers to them, a Telegram team chat for your operators, server access and a bot created in BotFather. The rest — the tree structure and message copy — we put together with you at the start.
