FAQ
What is included in the base price?
One additional language version for a site of up to 10 pages: the multilanguage plugin, URL structure, language switcher, structure duplication, theme interface translation, SEO markup, testing, and team training. Translating the content itself is a separate block.
Do you translate the site content?
We always handle the technical part: theme interface, buttons, system messages. Content translation is a separate service, or you provide ready texts and we place them. We do not use machine translation without proofreading.
Which plugin or tool do you install?
For WordPress — Polylang or WPML and similar: Polylang is free for basic needs, WPML is more flexible for stores. For Shopify — the native Markets and Translate & Adapt, for Wix — the built-in multilanguage feature. We recommend an option for your site and budget.
Subdirectories or subdomains — which is better?
For most projects subdirectories (site.com/en/) work better: they inherit the main domain’s authority and are simpler to maintain. Subdomains make sense when different teams run the language versions or the content differs substantially.
What about SEO — will the site suffer?
Quite the opposite: a properly configured multilanguage setup opens traffic from new markets. The key pieces are hreflang, separate sitemaps, and distinct URLs. Without them Google treats the versions as duplicates — which is why we always do this part rather than on request.
How many pages can be translated?
The base covers duplicating the structure for up to 10 pages. If your site is larger, additional pages are scoped separately, and for stores there is a dedicated block for product pages.
What if we need three or more languages?
Each additional language is added as a separate block — the main work with the plugin, URLs, and SEO is already done, so the third language costs less than the second.
Can we have prices in different currencies?
Yes, multicurrency is an add-on service: separate prices or automatic conversion by exchange rate, with the currency tied to the language version or to the visitor’s country.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the site, the list of languages, and which pages are needed in the second version. If the translations already exist — the text files. If not, we will advise how to prepare them or handle translation as a separate service.
Are revisions included in the price?
Yes, 2 rounds of revisions within 7 days after delivery. The language version structure is agreed before the start, so the final revisions usually concern interface texts.
